Job Position – Admin Assistant

Job Descriptions:
1. Manages and update job orders & job completion reports in the system.
2. Arrange internal and external operational meetings as needed.
3. Manages and update manual daily attendance timesheet of the employees in the HRSM System.
4. Assist employees in any HR related applications in the HRMS System
5. Prepares and updates Departmental reports, trackers & etc.
6. Maintains office files and records
7. Invoice coordination to concern departments ( Finance, Purchase etc )
8. Manages Department petty cash with proper coordination with Engineers.
9. Monitors office supplies order.
10. Coordinates with Engineers all related operational matters.
11. Performs other admin tasks that may be assigned from to time to time.
Eligibility:
> Should have excellent communication (Verbal & Written)
> Knowledgeable in Computer as MS Office, Emailing ( Outlook )
> Candidates on visit visa/ cancelled visa will be preferred.
> Preference will be given for those who can join immediately.
Answer and Direct Phone calls along with organize and schedule appointments.
Preparing clients/customer database.
Preparing quotations for clients and customers.
Maintaining records and systematic archiving.
Data entry, uploading data and transferring.
Arranging reports & Handles emails
Responsible for minutes of meeting and maintain records of agendas
Arrange and organize meetings with clients
Assisting and Coordinate with co-workers
Drafting memo or letters and email correspondence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
