Job Position – Network Engineer

Critical Skills
· Knowledge and experience with IT service management framework ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and related ITSM tool.
· Extensive experience with new generation firewalls from Fortinet and Palo Alto, Network technologies from Cisco and Huawei and Aruba networks Clearpass & Airwaves, Cisco IP Telephony solutions and related management tools.
· Expert knowledge of networking concepts at different levels that include network, virtualization, Operating system, file/directory and user account levels.
· Ability to use Wireless Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting tools.
· Understanding of MS Windows Server Operating Systems, Linux OS and related system administration tools.
Specific Skills and Competencies: Comprehensive knowledge and experience with:
· Network protocols (TCP-IP, NetBios, etc.),
· Routing Protocols ( BGP, OSPF, RIP)
· Data Communication equipment (Switches, Routers, etc.)
· Specific technologies such as Wireless, load balancing, SSL acceleration, encryption tools and certificates.
· Troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, Fluke Optiview, Airmagnet, Clearsight )
· Network management tools (such as SNMP, CiscoWorks, RMon, OpManager, Sniffer, etc.)
· Firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper)
