Job Position – IT Project Coordinator

Experience : 3 – 5 years.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science).
Contract : 12 Months Extendable.
Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
– Coordinate project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality and scope.
– Ability to use visual tools like MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, EPM, KIPLOT to describe/illustrate the customer/business requirements.
– Should be conversant in understanding the Risk Management domain specifically in Credit and
Operational Risk.
– Leads the planning, design, testing, and implementation of risk management projects for systems that typically affect many users.
– Gather detailed requirements from Risk Management team for large scale projects and/or enhancements to existing products.
– Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
– Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
– Ability to work directly with Business units to develop user requirements and report specifications.
– Interface with IT infrastructure teams, departmental SME’s and Project teams to ensure that business requirements are met within a software package.
