Requirement:
We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to grow with us in the role of Digital Marketing Manager based in Dubai. In this role, you will lead the company’s Digital media agenda across offline and online channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Social media management for Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and more.
– Content creation for social media which includes artwork and copywriting
– Creating social media campaigns
– Understanding of social media ads
– Creating and managing paid ad campaigns
– Handling the SEO of the company’s e-commerce website
– Responsible for tagging, tracking and optimization of the company’s online media / advertising.
– Plan and execute digital marketing for SEO / SEM.
– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
– Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
– Prepare newsletter and persuasive email marketing strategies.
– Managing and optimizing the company’s e-commerce website.
– Be comfortable with meeting customers face to face to gather content & reviews
– Handle collaborations with media agencies
– Managing influencer marketing
– Up to date with social media trends
– To increase digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement and conversions
– Work closely with the senior management to support all marketing requirements
– Conduct research on market & social media trends, brands audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions.
– Support the sales team with marketing tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
– Should have a minimum of 3+ years experience in digital marketing
– Expert in social media
– Photoshop
– Illustrator
– Copywriting is plus
– Fluent in English
– Good communication skills
– Proactive
– Background in fashion marketing is a plus
