Job Purpose:
Support the HR delivery for the UAE in implementation of employee life cycle, HR programs, initiatives, projects. Support UAE employee data and HR reporting. Dubai liaison for Corporate Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support annual and periodic HR programs and participate in HR projects directed by the HRBP.
- Support the HRBP and Centre of Excellence with UAE specific HR data and reporting.
- Support the UAE GDP from Talent Acquisition and Talent Development perspective and act as UAE guide and HR ambassador for UAE GDPs under the direction of the Senior Manager Talent Management and supported by HRBP.
- UAE point of contact for the Corporate Communications team – supporting and organizing events and communications as needed.
- Within UAE HR develop wellbeing, communication, and team events alongside the HRBP and Senior Manager HR – Centre of Excellence.
- Support the COE team in the accurate and timely update and management of the UAE organization charts/structures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR Management or equivalent
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
