About the job

Key Accountabilities:

  • The jobholder will be responsible for answering Customer Enquiries Over Phone / Email.
  • The jobholder will solve problems by following OIC Policy & Procedures, ensure business targets and assigned self targets are met and Customer Service is at the core of all interactions with members & non-members of OIC .

Job Requirements:

  • Provide information on all OIC Products to existing & potential clients.
  • Execute client instructions as per OIC policy
  • Handle Calls and Queries as per assigned Targets
  • Ensure the monthly production & conversion ratios are met
  • Ensure CSAT & Call Quality scores are met on each customer call.
  • Resolve customer complaints, either directly or conjointly with the other concerned departments

  • PC Literate
