Job Position – Assistant Manager

Job Requirements-

1. Understanding HACCP principles and qualified to be HACCP team leader
2. Prepare and lead 3rd party audits on site
3. Experience of artwork and preparing key technical information
4. Managing a technical team on site based on 24 hours production
5. Running a laboratory
6. Develop systems on site for the effective running of the department
7. Understanding of Micro and interpretation of results
8. Understanding of nutritional information on packs
9. Manage Municipality unannounced visits
10. Involvement in NPD processes
11. Running taste panels and sensory analysis
12. Manage departmental budget and consumerables
13. Conduct internal audits and raise Non Conformances
14. Construct SOP and documents on site
15. Maintain the pre requisite plan on site
16. Deal with customer complaints and investigate root cause and corrective actions

What we are looking for–
1. Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety or Environmental Sciences.
2. Good knowledge of Government legislation, international regulations and HSE best practice.
3. Experience of at least 4-5 years in UAE in Food Manufacturing.
