Job Position – Tiktok/Youtube Content Creator

Job Summary
The ideal candidate has to create fun, original and attention-grabbing content, and who has a deep understanding of the TikTok platform. Working closely with our marketing and development teams, you will get to own the content creation process from generating ideas, to filming, editing and publishing weekly content. Must be ambitious, self-sufficient at creating content, and full of ideas.
Requirements:
- Create a Tik Tok everyday. Idea, shoot, edit, caption and post
- Strategize how Tik Tok can amplify ongoing marketing efforts and campaigns
- Monitor feeds across social platforms and moderate comments
- Engage with key influencers, like minded brands and active, influential members of the community
- Must be knowledgeable in Social Content Creating.
- Create social media content & calendar in line with business objectives.
- Design Post and manage our tiktok account..
- Understand and share performance metrics on a weekly basis
- Keep up to date with the latest TikTok and new platform trends, and share learnings
- Participate in regular content brainstorms
Qualifications
- 1+ years of social media experience
- Fluency across Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook
- Positive, upbeat and collaborative personality
- Demonstrates masterful verbal and written communication
- Great attention to detail, ability to focus and strong follow through
- Proven track record of creating creative content on TikTok that has performed well and grabbed attention
- A passion for experimenting on social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of what performs well on the platform and what doesn’t
- Videography, animation, design education or equivalent relevant experience
