-Structural Associate degree or certification in drafting, CAD, or a related field.
-Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
-Strong understanding of building standards, and construction practices.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing and design.
-Experience with structural drafting preferred.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
-Minimum of 4 years of experience as a structural draftsman.
-Ability to manage multiple projects
