Professional certification or license in facilities management or engineering
Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team.
Experience working in Hospital, Clinics, Mall, Retail, Hospitality, Aviation, Commercial property management and F&B handling Soft FM
Familiarity with sustainable practices and energy-efficient technologies.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and operational challenges.
Notions of computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software and Microsoft Office Suite user.
Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and safety standards related to facilities management.
Effective communication skills (in English), Arabic will be added advantage with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Working hours: 9-10 hours by shift, 6 days a week.
