Job Position – Senior Accoutant

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on key financial metrics, trends, and variances. Identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, or potential risks, and make recommendations to management.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing financial models, analyzing historical data, and collaborating with department heads to gather relevant information. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis.
Internal Controls and Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies. Perform regular audits and reviews to identify control weaknesses or compliance gaps, and recommend and implement corrective actions.
Taxation and Audit Support: Assist in tax planning and compliance activities, including preparing and reviewing tax returns and supporting documentation. Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and provide necessary information and explanations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance.
5+ years UAE experience in Real Estate as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
Proficient in using accounting software and financial management systems. Experience required with First Bit and Quickbooks ERP systems.
