LEOS International are looking for a proactive & experienced Recruitment Assistant in our Dubai Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Preparing Job Descriptions.
· Liaising with Graphic Designer to create the posts for positions.
· Posting job roles on different platforms (LinkedIn, indeed etc).
· Sorting out the CVs and shortlisting.
· Set up the initial interviews.
· Setting up the interview task/scheduling final interviews.
· Greet and assist interviewees onsite.
· Maintain candidate database.
· Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g., interview cancellations).
· Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
· Assisting HR Manager with day-to-day tasks.
· Making sure all social media platforms are up to date with current positions.
· Providing weekly reports.
