Requirements:
- Real Estate Sales Or Investment Experience
- Preferably with a valid Driving License and Car
Responsibilities:
- Find prospective clients, respond to all calls and inquiries.
- Evaluate the client’s requirements, and financial capabilities to offer the best property and/or investment.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
- Know how to assess and appraise the value of properties
- Arrange property viewings for the potential clients
- Present reasonable property offer and quotation
- Draft and complete legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.)
- Generate and manage lists of properties
- Coordinate with the Listing Section to process the documents
- Collaborate and network with the assigned District Manager
Skills:
- Knowledgeable about the real estate
- Well-versed regarding phone and office etiquettes
- Communication & negotiation skills
- Proficient in English
