Job Position – Product Specialist EM Researcher & specialist

The Effective Microorganism Research and Development Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and development activities related to the application of effective microorganisms in various industries. This role involves investigating, designing, and optimizing EM formulations to enhance agricultural productivity, environmental sustainability, and industrial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology, biochemistry, or a related field, along with expertise in the application and development of microbial technologies. Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Analysis
2. Development and Optimization: Develop and optimize EM formulations to improve performance in targeted applications such as soil enhancement, waste treatment, or fermentation processes. Design and implement experimental protocols to test and refine EM products
3. Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of EM products to ensure they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Analyse data from experiments and trials to validate the efficacy and stability of EM products.
4. Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, research papers, and technical documentation detailing research findings, methodologies, and product performance. Maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results for future reference and compliance
5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and product developers, to integrate EM technologies into new products and solutions. Communicate research results and development progress to stakeholders and team members through presentations and reports. . Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation in the use of effective microorganisms and propose new approaches or applications. Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and emerging technologies related to microbiology and EM applications.
6. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is advantageous.
7. Experience: 5 years of experience in microbiology research and development, specifically related to effective microorganisms or similar microbial technologies. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to microbial products. Familiarity with relevant software and tools for data analysis and experimental management
