We are looking for Tamil Speaking IT Administrator, IT Support Executive, IT Infra executive.

Job Purpose:
- To provide a technical support including installation, configuration, maintenance, security and compliance of Enterprise Systems, with a focus on Windows and Linux Administration.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Networks and Firewalls across company’s various locations.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
The role holder will provide server support across company’s locations. To be successful in this position, the candidate should have a proven track record in the installation, configuration, maintenance, security & compliance of Enterprise Systems [Windows and Linux O/S].
The role holder will need strong network implementation and configuration skills and a proven ability to work within an integrated team of technical and non-technical personnel.
- Configuring and maintain Windows and Linux servers including installing, fixing issues, and upgrading.
- To manage servers, computers and other related devices on networks.
- Provide onsite and remote support as required.
- Oversee and resolve problems of the server, network devices, and storage on a daily basis by monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Keep track of data entering or exiting the organization to secure the networks
- Carrying out backup and recovery functions, and monitoring the performance of servers at all times.
- Use best practices and keep in touch with internal and external business matters to enhance products and services of the organization
- Development of technical standards and associated documentation
- Projects delivered on time and to specification.
- Should be available on a weekend if needed.
- Perform other duties as and when required.
