Job Position – FM COORDINATOR

Responsibilities are:
▪ Sound knowledge about preparing quotation and reports.
▪ Responding to urgent maintenance calls.
▪ Reporting to the Facilities Manager on a regular basis.
▪ Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
▪ Bachelor`s degree and with facilities management work experience
▪ Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
▪ Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
▪ Responsibility for follow-up on actions with various team/projects.
▪ High organization skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
▪ Ability to work under pressure by using independent judgment and personal initiative.
▪ Build strong internal and external relationships by using effective verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Maintaining records and contracts, coordinating project activities, and providing scheduling support and tracking regulatory compliance.
▪ Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed.
▪ Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems.
▪ Tender Response – commercial document coordination and assembling.
