Background
INFINOX is looking for a Performance Analyst responsible for gathering, monitoring & analysing digital performance.
You will be responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting marketing campaigns. Analysing and creating insights to highlight key areas to improve and drive marketing activity.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and manage digital & social channel tracking
- Communicate with marketing departments about analysis from campaigns
- Produce reports for the Management team.
- Monitor performance trends with channel managers.
- Determine most important KPIs to track
- Discuss the customer experience and behaviour with the marketing team
- Own data cleanliness to ensure accurate reporting
Requirements
- Strong quantitative analytical skills.
- 3+ year of experience in web analysis, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Customer-centric
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelors degree desirable
- Clear data visualisation to draw insights and actions
