JOB DESCRIPTION
-Assist the Operations Manager to make sure the operations are smooth.
-Make sure the purchases are received and sales are delivered on time.
-Manage the materials management work processes and ensure the Store Arrangement Plan to control the receipt of shipments, the preparation of deliveries, and maintain all required documentation
-Develop and execute all appropriate Store functions and procedures.
-Making estimates for clients and PO for suppliers
-Assist with some accounting work like invoicing
