Job Position – Logistics Coordinator

Responsible for booking transportation, machinery , manpower for various event sites / locations.
– Daily job entails speaking to suppliers on a daily basis.
– Liaising with Venue Managers , warehouse team for coordination of deliveries as per schedule.
– Required to monitor each delivery from dispatch from yard to arrival to locations.
– Responsible for system management , data entry of the BOQ to system , generating delivery notes for each delivery.
– Capturing costs on a daily basis as per machinery and transport required .
– Assist on requirements for Permit to Work Applications.
– Experience in handling Forklifts to 100ft Cranes.
