Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Probation Period
6-Months
Experience
10 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years in operations within the Oil & Gas Industry at a Supervisory level.
Work experiences as an Engineer in gas turbine generator OEM/vendor in 5 years
Advantageous of experiences for project manager or leader
3 or more engineering experience for new or replacement gas turbine generator project as an Mechanical (Rotating) Engineer.
Skills
Processing & Utility System Operations:
The Engineer (Generator Section) shall
§ Monitor daily Company’s production facilities and operational ream activity to establish improvement plan.
§ Survey existing facilities and collect any data to assess existing facilities risks against the continuous operation.
Inspection & Mitigation:
The Engineer (Generator Section) shall
§ Monitor the operating and maintenance conditions of equipment and auxiliaries including chemical
treatment/injection rates by analyzing readings and conducting inspections of instruments to ensure that all
facilities are operating within set standards. Report abnormal conditions to the Manager.
§ Inspect and analyze equipment threats & hazards and ensure implementation of standard operating procedures
in order to maintain the integrity of all equipment and assure adherence to safety standards.
Material Management:
The Engineer (Generator Section) shall
§ Assist the timely procurement of equipment and material for new projects and material transportation between Abu Dhabi & various sites in order to support the implementation.
§ Monitor stock and usage levels of materials, consumables and spare parts to ensure that items are available to meet requirements and that usage is consistent with budgeted assumptions.
Database Management:
The Engineer (Generator Section) shall
§ Updating of all data on time related to equipment, miles stones / schedules, budgets, etc. into the relevant databases to ensure reliability and integrity of the database to facilitate ease of future reference.
Relationship Management:
The Engineer (Generator Section) shall
§ Develop & maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal departments with highest standards of business ethics, whilst promptly attending to all critical issues in-order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.
