Purpose
To prepare, execute and maintain all social media content, campaigns and channels of the company.
The Job
- Prepare content (copy, images and videos) that aligns with the company’s target audience and goals for all social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+).
- Create and maintain a Content Calendar for various social channels
- Modify Content Calendar according to real-time trends, listening analytics and feedback.
- Update company pages on each online platform to match current events.
- Create weekly social media status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes, and monitoring results.
- Increase engagement and awareness on the company’s online social platforms.
- Respond to fan comments and posts, when appropriate, and foster a positive and valuable ‘fans-first’ environment.
- Moderate all user-generated content to make sure it is in line with the company’s social media guidelines.
- Proactively interact with the company’s online audience across all platforms to build and nurture a solid relationship with the company’s fans.
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in related subject.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Solid marketing and customer relations knowledge.
- Arabic language is a must.
