Job Position – Tourist Experience Officer

Location: Saudi Arabia
Functional Responsibilities:
- Offer sight‐seeing advice to RCU visitors to promote AlUla and showcase its attractions
- Resolve conflict related to RCU visitors and enhance their experience
- Refer complaints and problems to senior management and follow up to ensure they have been resolved
- Write reports that detail tourist experiences and resolved issues
- Provide support when operators experience difficulties and work to enhance it further
- Lease with operators’ representatives and provide needful support
- Develop presentations that reflect the work done and ensure they are well prepared
- Undertake day‐to‐day operations as directed by the line manager
Job Requirements
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Work Experience
- 0 – 2 Years of experience.
Other Requirements
- Written and Oral proficiency of English language
- Excellent communication skills
