Looking for a qualified Digital media specialist to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools. This position is for you if you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, podcasts, and blogs. You will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement.

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts)
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Establish our web/online presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through online platforms
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up to date with digital media development
  • Liaising between partners for social opportunities including takeovers, giveaways, exclusives, and more.
  • Understand the changing consumer landscape and champion the social consumer, providing insights, recommendations, and thought leadership to the wider business
  • Produce a creative testing strategy for each campaign to avoid creative fatigue and ensure the best results in each campaign.
  • Determining segmentation for all of our campaigns whilst optimizing targeting across their life cycle.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Marketing, Branding, Creative Design, or related equivalent field
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Have worked in any creative agency (preferable)

  • Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication skills – Comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of people (both internal and external)
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Actively listen to targeted customers’ requirements and close deals.
  • An understanding of the differences in bidding processes for various social media channels and the drive to help us achieve the best return on investment across social media platforms.
  • Thorough knowledge of social media and its various resources and tools, including Twitter, Linked In, and Facebook for posting and ads management.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics..etc
  • A creative mindset with an eye for design and quality audiovisual pieces.
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to work with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of principal marketing channels and the basics of online marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of any of the following Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity, or other media editing software
  • Experience with visual communication principles
