DETAILS ABOUT THE ROLE
Internal Communications Executive – Based in Kuwait
Job Profile: Forms a vital part of the internal communications team who support our corporate and employee communications goals, helping to drive employee understanding of internal business initiatives and build engagement with Alshayas business objectives, Vision and Values.
Key Performance Areas:
Work as part of a team of specialists to support delivery of the departments annual plan – with team responsibilities that include:
- Develop and publish CEO/Corporate Announcements/Updates across all relevant channels
- Contribute to Alshayas Corporate Content calendar – sourcing, developing and placing content across internal channels
- Collaborate closely with internal comms and marketing colleagues to optimise impact of messaging
- Support on internal change projects and corporate initiatives as part of established project teams
- Create and maintain customer-centric relationships with brand and functional teams; providing advice, ideas and to support on internal marketing campaigns
- Work as part of team to deliver the annual Alshaya Awards for Excellence and other internal events as required
- Effectively track all activity to support performance evaluation and drive actionable insights
- Ensure all activity is delivered in line with core communications processes and standards, with a regard for continuous improvement
Requirements for the role: Two years experience in a commercial environment. Comms experience preferable, ability to write fluently and be able to express ideas is essential. Creative thinking. Project management skills. Tech/digital savvy. Spoken and written Arabic a plus.
Education Level: Degree level
Professional Qualification: Mass communications, English language, business studies
