Responsibilities:
- Originating Candidates, Conducting Interviews and Passing On Qualified Candidates to Decision-Makers.
- Setting Company Standard Operating Policies and Procedures Including Direction for Employee Regarding Discipline.
- Writing and Posting Job Descriptions for Positions Based On Identified Needs.
- Posting Job Vacancies On Different Social Media Platforms Like LinkedIn Etc., to Identify Potential Candidates.
- This Duty Includes Filing New Hire Paperwork and Maintaining a Disciplinary File On Each Employee.
- Using Knowledge of Industry and Government Regulations to Create Effective Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications:
· 3rd Year Bachelor or Masters Student in Human Resource Management
· Fluency in English, With Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Ability to Efficiently Manage Multiple Tasks and Priorities
· The Confidence to Engage with Hiring Managers and Business Stakeholders
· Strong Team Player Attitude
· Academic, Volunteering or Previous Internship Experiences Related to Human Resources Are a Plus (Please Include in Your CV)
· A Global Mindset and Ideally a Passion for Human Resource.
Perks: After the successful completion of the internship, the interns will be rewarded with the LOI – Letter of Internship and a well-drafted recommendation letter (Depends on performance) for their future quests.
