Professional Background Preferred:
· Should have in total 1-2 years of experience in HR & Admin
· Should have UAE Labor Law experience
· DMCC Freezone experience will be given priority
Responsibilities:
· Manpower planning & Recruitment & Induction of New Employee
· Daily attendance management for all employees
· Generation of letters appointment, relieving & increment etc.
· Should manage employee grievances, complaints and issues
· Conduct exit interviews
· Manage the office administration responsibilities and routine office affairs
· Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
· Must handle sales coordinator responsibilities like creating and managing quotations, Invoices, LPOs
· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
· Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our product
Education: Degree or equivalent educational qualification
