Job Description

To operate the reception areas efficiently, professionally and effectively, assisting guests to use wellness facilities and providing relevant information regarding all club facilities, activities, services and membership. To provide excellent service standards and customer care, using high levels of communication to up sell products to both internal and external customers.

• Attends to customer complaints and concerns immediately through determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinates all clients information, processes paperwork, including preparation of member files for billing and completes batch reports for account deliveries and handle cash.
• Attends to all enquiries, giving informative and correct information to all members and guests, promoting club activities and selling products & services.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Diploma in any relevant field.
