Type: Long term
Notice: Immediate to 1 month only
L2/L3 Network Administrator – RR is for Retainer Service Provider will execute the action described in the runbook. These includes the following actions
a. Restart Service
b. Reboot appliance
c. Restart Server
If the problem is resolved, the service team will annotate action and resolve ticket. If the problem is not resolved: a. Update ticket and begin follow-up process as required. b. escalate issue as required and begin notification. For services and infrastructure that require critical support and monitoring, Service Provider Tier 3 services will perform the below tasks
a. Perform Senior level advanced troubleshooting tasks
b. Manage the overall environment and related activities that are not explicitly mentioned
c. Perform advanced level infrastructure maintenance
d. Review and perform change control
e. Address High severity and critical events
f. Review and analyze recurring issues (Problems)
g. Review and approve Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
h. Perform policy and security changes
. Escalate to Vendor support as authorized by Customer ”
