Job Position – IT Project Manager

Project Manager who plays the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the upgrade project.
Healthcare experience is Mandatory, anyone without will not be considered for this role.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proven working experience in project management for IT projects, e.g. digital transformation projects.
• Dynamic, self-driven and diligent with very strong coordination skills
•Strategic thinking with strong focus on results and high quality of work
• Ability to “think out of the box”
• Situational awareness and proficiency in continual improvement, empowerment, motivation, mentoring and increasing transparency
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Good knowledge of IT capabilities including, but not limited to, infrastructure, security, operations, architecture, solution delivery, application support
• Experienced in managing a multi-cultural environment and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing in order to achieve goals and deliverables
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
