MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Qualification
- Engineering Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in Steel Fabrication Company.
- GCC experience is preferable

- Expertise in planning plant maintenance operations
- Expertise in equipment & machinery maintenance in a fabrication/galvanizing plant.
- Excellent knowledge & exposure to Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic machines and overhead cranes.
- Ability to keep track of proper reports.
- Must have good exposure in establishing safe working condition and implementing procedures.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven plant maintenance skills
- Strong technical expertise in a manufacturing environment
- Computer savvy

Responsibilities
- Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the organization’s maintenance goals and monitoring compliance.
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- Coordinates with other plant staffs to ensure efficiency in preventative maintenance and new equipment installation.
- Manage preventive maintenance and repair machineries, appliances, plumbing, electrical and building maintenance.
- Supervise plant operators, electricians, HVAC mechanics and plumbers.
- Perform regular inspection on all machinery and maintain compliance to all regulations.
- Ensuring repairs are completed quickly to meet delivery deadlines and to minimize impact to reduce losses.
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
- Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs and ISO compliance assurance.
- Check that every single job is executed on time, to the budget, and without compromising on plant safety.
- Keep an eye on materials and spare parts inventory.
- Recommend upgrades, overhauls, and other changes to major systems and equipment.
- Check that the premises are safe and not in violation of any regulations.
