Job Position – Dealer Sales Engineer

Our FZ client, who is one of the regions leaders in the supply and maintenance of all things Cooling and Air conditioning are looking to hire a Dealer Sales Engineer! The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, setting up, and managing the dealers/contractors sales network for our clients unitary products in Dubai market.
They will also be responsible for handling complex projects and negotiation. Product focus is RA, Sky Air Ducted and non-Ducted, Package Units, Air Purifier and Rooftop, Develop and enhance opportunity from consulting engineers regarding unitary products, Identify and appoint new dealers within assigned territory, Maximize sales with an attention to strong margins within assigned territory/accounts, Support dealer sales team with key advantages and features to achieve sales results, Act as an intermediary between our dealers and the client, Sales of responsible products through own portfolio of the account and responsible for payment collection
Job Requirements: At least 3-5 year experience in a similar role with a knowledge RA, Sky Air Ducted and non-
Ducted, Package Units, Air Purifier and Rooftop products
• Familiar with the HVAC Distribution/ Dealer industry trends and competition
• Strong understanding and work exposure to HVAC industry within designated territory
• Awareness of contractual terms & conditions
• Strong network of business contacts including and not limited to dealers, consultants,
contractors and subcontractors
• UAE or GCC driving license
